$TRCT is closed-end. 15 slots total across two tiers — both fully subscribed. The fund is sealed, and the 1.000 supply remains 1/1 allocated for the lifetime of the vehicle. No further admissions to this fund.
This was high R:R by design. Concentration into protocols positioned before the cycle. High variance is the cost of asymmetric upside. Holders allocated only what they could custody themselves.
The next vehicle is being structured. Waitlist is open — same posture, fresh slots, longer thesis.

$TRCT is a single unit. Total supply is 1.000, denominated to 18 decimals. Holders own fractional claim on the fund — pro-rata to their balance against the unit.
Position size scales with the underlying portfolio's net asset value. Distributions are settled in $TRCT proportionally; the unit does not inflate, the fund's underlying does.
Transfers are permissionless. There is no whitelist, no freeze function, no admin pause, no upgradability proxy. The contract is the contract.

PRIVACY AS A PRIMITIVE.
Holders should not have to broadcast their position to the open internet. Allocation, balance, transfer history — none of it benefits from public-chain observability.
$TRCT issues on an upcoming ZKP-native network where shielded balances are the default state. Holders can audit their own balance through a zero-knowledge proof. The network cannot.
Near Protocol compatibility ships at the same release. Through Near Intents, $TRCT can settle cross-chain without the holder ever touching a bridge UI — solvers compete, intent gets signed, asset arrives. The bridge surface stays off the user's plate.
The signature suite supports a clean migration path to lattice-based post-quantum primitives. The day Shor's algorithm runs at scale, $TRCT holders do not need to rotate keys under duress.

What does owning $TRCT actually entitle me to?
Pro-rata fractional claim on TRCT VC's portfolio NAV. Distributions are paid in $TRCT against your balance. There is no governance attached; the fund operates off-chain and is not subject to token-holder vote.
Why one unit instead of millions of tokens?
Aesthetic and signal. One unit, fractionalized to 18 decimals, holds the same divisibility as any standard ERC-style token but reads correctly: "I own 0.0024 of the fund" not "I own 24,000 of an inflated supply." Position is legible. The unit doesn't dilute.
When does $TRCT launch?
Genesis is pending two gates: external audit sign-off on the contract, and hardware-quorum custody for the fund's treasury and the deployment key. We will not guess a date. Waitlist members are notified ~2 weeks ahead.
Which networks does $TRCT live on?
Two: an upcoming ZKP-native network (selection finalized post-audit; criteria include native shielded balances, production validity proofs, and a lattice-signature migration path), plus Near Protocol for intent-based settlement and cross-chain reach. Holders can move $TRCT between the two through Near Intents — no bridge UI required.
Why Near?
Near is the cleanest production intent layer in market — solver-driven settlement, sharded throughput, and an account model that doesn't punish abstraction. It lets $TRCT reach where capital actually is, without forcing holders through hot custody surfaces. The ZKP network keeps balances private; Near keeps them reachable.
Can I lose access to $TRCT if I lose my hardware wallet?
Yes. There is no recovery service. There is no support line. Use the recovery phrase the device gave you when you set it up, kept off-grid in a way only you can reach. That is the trade. The trade is the point.
Is this open to non-accredited investors?
Jurisdiction-dependent. We do not solicit. Genesis access is by invitation through the waitlist; eligibility checks happen at that stage. Holding $TRCT after free transfer is governed by your local rules — not ours.
What happens to $TRCT if TRCT VC stops operating?
The portfolio is liquidated, the proceeds are paid out pro-rata to $TRCT holders against on-chain balances at a published snapshot block. The token itself remains transferable but has no NAV behind it.
